Muhammad Avais Haider Khan- MBA, CFC, ACPA

Muhammad Avais Haider Khan serves as Lead Partner, responsible for the planning and execution of the assignments in United Arab Emirates (UAE) and seeing that client is satisfied with all aspects of the work we perform. He also meets with clients’ management to discuss strategic initiatives, business objectives, and areas of risk. He has extensive international experience in the areas of management consulting, audit and assurance especially of listed entities including Investment banks, leasing and construction companies, procurement and internal controls. His primary focus has been on investigating, building and implementing change management at a wide range of companies and public sector organizations, including NGOs and large government agencies. Avais, who is a Master of Business Administrator, an Associate Member of The Association of International Certified Public Accountants of England & Wales (AICPA) and Certified Financial Consultant from The Institute of Financial Consultants (USA) has a strong foundation of accounting and audit experience, and is often called upon to manage large, complex projects.
Umer Farooq- ACA, CIA

Umer Farooq is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ACA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) – USA. He leads our planning and execution/field work for the assignment in United Arab Emirates (UAE) and leads our Financial Services Industry group. Before joining Strategists Management & Consultant, Umer Farooq gained 12 years’ experience working for a leading multinational professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he led IFRS and US GAAP audits for financial institutions in Pakistan along with vast experience in due diligence, development and implementation of accounting and financial reporting systems which has been developed through working in Coca-Cola Beverages Company.

Mr. Fida Muhammad Khan is an Associate Member of The Association of International Certified Public Accountants of England & Wales (AICPA) having bachelor of commerce and is chartered accountancy finalist. He has more than 8 years of external/internal audit, financial advisory experience with KPMG & internationally recognized organizations in critical and demanding positions. He was the member (senior financial analyst) of Local Fund Agent team for Global Fund Grants in Afghanistan to review financial and programmatic progress of grants implemented including making recommendations for cash disbursements on behalf of Global Fund Afghanistan. He is mainly responsible for conducting the quality control review of the assignment in UAE.

Muhammad Nasir is a Quality Assurance Manager of Strategists Management & Consultant. Prior to joining SC Muhammad Nasir was part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the largest professional services firms worldwide and has extensive experience in the audit of financial institutions including, agreed upon procedures and vendor due diligence. His experience has not only been gained over the years in financial services but also in manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and a number of internal key roles and implementation of ERP systems. Muhammad Nasir is an Associate Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ACPA) and Certified Financial Consultant from Institute of Financial Consultants (USA).
